Important to note:
By emailing the above-mentioned information to talent@melopepo.com.sg, you as referrer:
- confirm that you have obtained the consent of the referee to disclose their personal data to Melopepo.
- agree to the Terms & Conditions, as stated below.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Eligibility and Conditions
1.1 The referral program is open to all individuals who meet the following criteria:
a) Both referrer and referee must be aged 18 years old and over.
b) The Referrer must not be an existing internal/permanent employee of the Company.
c) The Referee must be notified and have given consent that their personal data and information (i.e. name, email address, contact number) are being used by the Company for this referral program.
d) The Referee must not be previously registered with the Company or any of its associated companies.
e) The Referrer is eligible to receive cash reward following the Referee’s first successful permanent placement.
f) Referee can only be referred to the Company once. In the event that Referee is referred to the Company more than once, only the first person who referred the Referee to the Company will be eligible for the cash reward under this referral program.
1.2 Referrers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information to the Company. We accept no responsibility for any inability or failure to contact the Referrer or Referee arising from inaccurate or incomplete contact information.
2. Terms & Condition of Reward
1.1 Upon a successful referral and placement, Referrer is eligible to receive SGD$300. We shall contact the Referrer informing him/her that they are eligible to the referral gift.
1.2 The Referrer will indemnify the Company and its officers, directors and employees, affiliates and/or any of them on demand against any and all loss, damages, claims, demands, actions, costs, penalties, fines (including legal/attorney fees), charges, expenses and liabilities of whatsoever nature incurred by the Company and/or its officers, directors and employees, affiliates, arising directly or indirectly out of Referrer’s failure to obtain consent from the Referee before any personal information about the Referee is passed to the Company.
2.3 We are not responsible for any taxes, as required by law, arising from the provision of the referral gift.
2.4 If the Referrer fails to claim his/her referral gift from the Company within 30 calendar days from the date of being notified that they are eligible to receive it, he/she agrees to waive his/her right to receive the gift and releases the Company from any liability incurred.
2.5 We reserve the right to terminate or amend the Terms & Conditions at any time.
2.6 We shall have the sole discretion to decide on the Referrer’s eligibility for the referral gift and the Referee’s suitability for any role with our clients.
2.7 By taking part in this referral program, the Referrer warrants that any referral made under this program is made in good faith. We reserve the right to revoke any referral gift already awarded should we discover that a referral is not made in good faith.
3. Period of Validity
3.1 We reserve the right to terminate the program at any time by providing reasonable notice on our website.
